Barra da Tijuca

A street circuit on the avenue along the beach of Barra da Tijuca, also known as the Circuito Internacional da Guanabara. Used from 1958 to the 1970s (above map was used until 1970 - was another variant used?). As Barra da Tijuca became more populated, it was impossible to race as there were always people crossing the track, coming to and going from the beach.
