Tijuca

 The Subida da Tijuca was a 4.550 km hillclimb used on the 27th April 1941. Located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Valle de Bravo-Bosencheve, Mexico

 Located near Mexico City and used during the 1960s - Moises Solana lost his life here in 1969 when his McLaren M6B hit a bridge on the route.
