Circuit Length: 2.6 km/1.616 miles

Based on an airfield, the original 2 mile circuit hosted the 1961 Australian Grand Prix. After 1964, the Bosch loop wasn't used, and racing continued on the 1.6 mile track until 14 November 1971, when the circuit was sold. The circuit then lay disused until Easter 1983, when it was reopened.
