Charlotte Fairgrounds

A 1/2 mile dirt oval at the Southern State Fairgrounds on Sugar Creek Road. First used in 1926, a 1/5 mile dirt midget oval was constructed in 1936. Racing continued through to 1960, when the site was cleared and a shopping centre built.
