Track Length: 2.904 miles

Built in 1992 with no expense spared in order to attract Grand Prix racing in the mountainous region of Kyushu, the southern Japanese island. It is located 19 miles north-east of Kumamoto and 50 miles south-east of Fukuoka. The track made the provisional F1 calendar, but then went bankrupt. It is now used for Japanese national championships.
