2.7 mile road course which was due to open in November 2000, but was never
brought to fruitition after local environmental protesters convinced the government
to withdraw its backing. The circuit had been promoted by Ralph Sanchez, who
successfully brought Champ Car to the streets of Miami, and the Aruba government
took Sanchez to court to get their money back - Sanchez won.
