Track Length: 1/3 dirt track.First opened in 1904 when the Sun Prairie Volunteer Fire Department acquired the property from W.M.H.Angell, and it has been owned by them ever since. Just after 1904, Angell Park also hosted horse racing events on a 1/2 mile dirt track, but was subsequently shortened to the present 1/3 mile distance.
