1962 - Started racing
1965 - Italian F3 Champion
1966 - Drove Alfa Romeo in European touring car series, winning 1600cc class
1967 - F1 race debut for Ferrari at non-championship Spanish GP
       at Jarama - finished 9th after puncture. Won European Touring Car
       1600cc class.
1968 - 1 start for Ferrari at South African GP. Spun on oil.
       Crash in practice for Race of Champions at Brands - neck injury.
       Won 2 races for Ferrari in South American F2 Temporada series,
       and championship.
1969 - Drove in F5000/FA series for Team Surtees.
1970 - 10 F1 races for McLaren.
       DNQ=5, DNS=1, 1 non classified, 8th, 12th + 1 retirement.
1971 - 7 F1 races for March. ret=4, nc=1, 13th, 11th.
       Won Brands Hatch 1000km & Watkins Glen 6 hrs sportscar races
       for Alfa Romeo.
1972 - 12 F1 races. J16th in championship (3 points for 4th in Spain).
1973 - 6 F1 races. J15th in championship (3 points for 4th in Belgium).
1974 - retired. Subsequently worked as a journalist and TV commentator.
       Also owns a chain of fashion clothes shops in Milan.
